Awareness. Preparation. Action.

A safer workplace
starts with prepared people.

Your people work in different environments. A production floor. A co-op service center. A construction site. Their training should connect to the decisions they may actually face.

Blue Ethos Active Threat Preparedness combines situational awareness, prevention, de-escalation, and a multi-option response framework. Our workplace active shooter training helps employees think through their options before a critical incident puts them under pressure.

Put it into practice

Your team receives a report of a possible threat near a facility entrance. Some employees are on the production floor; others are in offices or arriving for a shift. What information do they need? How does their location affect their options? Guided discussion brings the training back to your workplace.

Who is this training designed for?

This training is for workplace teams, including manufacturing, electrical co-ops, construction, government, healthcare, property management, and other organizations. Employees do not need a law enforcement background.

Where do you provide training?
